Privacy policy
This policy explains what Kings Hill Removals does with the information you give us when you ask for a quote, email us, or otherwise get in touch. We keep it simple and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the pickup and drop-off addresses for your move, your preferred moving date if you give one, and any notes you add. If you email or call us, we keep what you share so we can respond and quote.
How we use it
- To prepare and send you a quote for your move or storage.
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange the work.
- To keep records of the jobs we carry out.
We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us. We don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who sees it
Your details are handled by our team and the systems we use to run the business — for example, to receive and store enquiries securely. We share information with third parties only where it’s needed to carry out your move or where the law requires it. We don’t sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them to provide our service, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and handle any questions that arise afterwards. When we no longer need them, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
